Our wheat-free stonebaked base is made from water, tapioca starch, rice flour, maize starch, rapeseed oil, and other crucial ingredients. Once baked to perfection, our gluten-free pizzas are then topped with delicious cheeses, vegetables, and meats (or alternatives if you're vegetarian or vegan) for the ultimate gluten-free indulgence. The base is made from the following ingredients: Water, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Psyllium Husk Powder, Sugar, Buckwheat Flour, Salt, Yeast, Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum, Hydroxypropy| Methyl Cellulose, Pea Protein, Sorbic Acid (E200), Malic Acid (E296), Tartaric acid, Citric acid (E330). Yes, our gluten-free crust is safe and made without wheat or gluten. But, customers should be aware that all of our pizzas are prepared in kitchens that handle wheat and other gluten-containing ingredients. So, while we do our best to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, our gluten-free pizzas are not recommended for individuals with celiac disease due to the possibility of exposure.
Not sure how to tell if it's a gluten-free pizza? Papa Johns has made it simple with special icons on our menu. Just like our spicy, vegetarian, and vegan options, our gluten-free pizzas are clearly labelled. What's more, our team is always happy to confirm that your pizza has been made with a gluten-free crust before serving it to you.
